One to fiveThe concepts in this book rate five stars for me But the author s way of explaining them ranges from the ridiculous to the sublime as some might say I might almost think the author is on drugs as he goes off in weird ways just to come back to quoting the correct scripture that brings the point home I am a long time Christian but Deyo did awaken for me new ideas to reflect on and did awaken a desire to spendtime with God My three star rating is five plus one divided by two.

I gave this book 3 stars because while it was sweet, heartfelt and helpful, I also found it tedious reading While trying to bring his point home , he was repetitive and long winded I don t know if this is just how his mind works, or if he was trying to fill a word quota for each chapter He used too many words and examples to make his point I found myself scanning entire sections instead of reading them word by word because I got the point within the first couple of paragraphs of each chapte I gave this book 3 stars because while it was sweet, heartfelt and helpful, I also found it tedious reading While trying to bring his point home , he was repetitive and long winded I don t know if this is just how his mind works, or if he was trying to fill a word quota for each chapter He used too many words and examples to make his point I found myself scanning entire sections instead of reading them word by word because I got the point within the first couple of paragraphs of each chapter Maybe this style of writing is helpful for some, but I found it tedious

This was an encouraging and inspiring book I would recommend it to people wanting to revive their worship times The author has a chatty writing style Occasionally he d say something deep followed by something sarcastic which annoyed me I felt like the last few chapters weren t as pack and polished but maybe that s just me.
