    I read this as my first education for the keto way of life not calling it a diet as it s a lifestyle change health decision This book was a good sneak peak into the general concepts and provided some great recipes I ve since boughtin depth books to learn .By the way intermittent fasting really works I ve been on this lifestyle change journey for 10 days and am down 7 pounds Finding the right mix of foods and eating only during 7am until 2 pm really agrees with my body NoI read this as my first education for the keto way of life not calling it a diet as it s a lifestyle change health decision This book was a good sneak peak into the general concepts and provided some great recipes I ve since boughtin depth books to learn .By the way intermittent fasting really works I ve been on this lifestyle change journey for 10 days and am down 7 pounds Finding the right mix of foods and eating only during 7am until 2 pm really agrees with my body Nobloating, belly pain, better sleep and feeling great in clothes, haveenergy Thank Dr M

    really liked this cookbook, I read his KetoFast book earlier in the year and was a bit confused by all the medical jargon This was much easier to understand There were lots of delicious looking soup recipes for fasting, which I do like to do every once in a while I usually do an 16 to 18 hour IF during the week but the ones in this book areextensive I already tagged about a dozen recipes that I would like to try once I get back into ketosis and really liked this cookbook, I read his KetoFast book earlier in the year and was a bit confused by all the medical jargon This was much easier to understand There were lots of delicious looking soup recipes for fasting, which I do like to do every once in a while I usually do an 16 to 18 hour IF during the week but the ones in this book areextensive I already tagged about a dozen recipes that I would like to try once I get back into ketosis and can maintain it for at least 6 weeks So far this year has been a fail but I will continue to strive to reach my goals If you are looking for a good intro to the Keto IF lifestyle, this is a good resource to read
